- Click on the Tools drop-down menu on the toolbar.
- Select Accounts near the bottom of the drop-down
menu.
- Find your email account in the list of "Internet Accounts".
You will usually know which one it is because the Type column
is usually mail (default).
- Select the email account from the list and click the Properties
button on the right side of the list.
- A new window will appear with a number of tabs. Select
the Servers tab, which is the second tab available.
- You should then see the following window. You should only
need to change three fields:
- Incoming Mail (POP3): You should enter prismemail.com
into this field.
- Account Name: You should enter the PrismEmail
username you chose when signing up with PrismEmail.
- Password: You should enter the PrismEmail password
you chose when signing up with PrismEmail.
- Then click on the Advanced tab on the same screen.
The window below should appear. Make sure that the bottom
section labeled Delivery is the same in your configuration
as it is below. That is to say, Leave a copy of messages
on server should NOT be checked.
- Click on the Ok button to confirm the changes.
